Who we are
qtsparty.com is the website for QTS, Farius’ Queer Trance Party, produced by ROAR Events. This policy covers this website only.
Information we collect
If you sign up for texts, we collect your phone number. We also collect standard web analytics data, such as page views and referral sources. We do not sell your data. We share limited information with Meta for ad measurement, as described under Analytics and advertising.
Texts
Text signups are handled by Cymbal. By signing up you agree to receive recurring automated messages about upcoming events. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Text STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Cymbal’s privacy practices for these messages are described in the Cymbal privacy policy for ROAR Events.
Analytics and advertising
We use Vercel Web Analytics for traffic insights. It doesn’t use cookies or collect personally identifiable information. See Vercel’s analytics privacy policy.
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our ads and show QTS ads to people who have visited this site. It collects standard browser event data, such as page views, ticket link taps and text signups.
We also use Meta’s Automatic Advanced Matching. When you submit a form on this site, such as the text signup, the Meta Pixel may share the information you entered, like your phone number, with Meta in hashed form so Meta can match your visit to a Meta account. This helps us measure our ads and reach people who may be interested in QTS. Hashing turns the information into a scrambled code before it leaves your browser. Meta’s use of this information is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.
To opt out of Meta ads based on your activity, adjust your Facebook ad settings or use your browser’s tracker blocking.
Tickets and merch
Tickets are sold by DICE (dice.fm) and merch at merch.qtsparty.com. Each has its own privacy policy for the information you give it.
Your rights
To ask us to delete your personal data, email info@roar-events.com. We respond within 30 days.
